■ i offer 30 or 60 minute sessions, comprised of any of the above coaching types; totally up to you

public vs. private sessions
prices listed for public sessions are under the assumption that i have your permission to use clips or segments from the session to promote my coaching services, or post the full session as an education resource for others.however, if you'd prefer to keep the session private, please select the $20/$30 rate instead.whether public or private, for all sessions i will record the full session and upload to youtube as a public or unlisted video respectively, so you can access the coaching vod at any time.
